Parkview’s goal is to help people discover a deepening relationship
with Jesus
His family
His mission
So…. what does that mean for the nursery?
#1 - We are called to serve Jesus and to share the gifts He’s given us. Our ability to serve comes from Jesus!
1 Peter 4:10 says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.” (NIV)
#2 - We are a FAMILY ministry. If we care for children in the nursery, parents can hear the message in the service so they can deepen their relationship with Jesus.
#3 - We get to help plant the seeds of faith for the children in the nursery when we read a youth Bible story or pray with the children. These are ways we can share God’s love and truth to all.
Matthew 28:19-20 says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations. . . teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (ESV)
